FIND AND LIVE THE FLOW
I discovered the flow word watching the Netflix documentary Happy, and the idea it was absolutely revolutionary to me, measure happiness and not depression or mental illness. After that, I read Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi's fantastic book, where presents, what is in my opinion, a life-changing theory: the flow!
Find your flow means find your creative spot in life, challenging enough to keep you running at a good pace, far from the imposter syndrome, anxiety, and boring comfort zone. Let's find your balance, let's find the flow!
In my opinion, the most fascinating insight is setting happiness as the final objetive, measured by the most personal and subjective criteria, not necessarily related to success, money, or social status.
I created my own finding the flow approach, based on the self-exploration of happiness definition and core values, self-evaluation and self-awareness of strengths, weaknesses, in order to define this exciting and challenging area defined as flow. The final goal is to create a unique definition that really resonates internally and gives joy.
Working during the sessions on Finding and Living the flow means:
1 - Identify your strengths, weaknesses
2 - Identify your Anxiety and boredom frontiers
3 - Self-awareness of happiness and realization.
At the end of these sessions, you'll be able to define and experience happiness in your own flow terms.
