SETTLE AS SUCCESSFUL IMMIGRANT
A NEW PLACE COULD BE A NEW LIFE

I'm an immigrant too :)

Moving to a new country is exciting and stressful at the same time. The conditions may vary from case to case, however, it could be a really overwhelming experience.
On one hand, we're leaving a story, a path, a could be that will never be.

On the other hand, we're starting a new chapter, with hope, with dreams, challenges, and possibilities. We start drawing a should be that most probably won't be. The frustration shows up and it is easy to lose hope facing unexpected difficulties.

The new place is most of the time different than the expected, the people, the problems, the opportunities. Learning a new language could be a minor issue, adapting to a new culture could be really hard. Understand signals, jokes, and warnings are real challenges.

Packing before leaving could be difficult, not everything can fit in the luggage, not even in the moving. However, despite things are there, they don't mean the same, and someones are not even useful in our new life.

I think that we need to unpack and get rid of a lot of extras from our previous life to succeed in the new one. To travel we better have a light bag, conformable ad adjustable. The extra heavy of our past implies a big price to pay: attaching us in the unexisting path never walked.

Recognizing the new place and planning a new life means:
1 - Balance and evaluate the discarded path for our previous place, and declutter not required items and goals.
2 - Plan and draw the new path, goals, and requirements in our new place.
3 - Reorganize and align our inventory with our current needs.

At the end of these sessions, you'll be able to light the weight of your previous plan and carry a more comfortable and suitable suitcase for the next episode!
