Soothing yourself
Experiencing no pleasant feelings or draining energy emotions can be exhausting. Often, we are encouraged to ignore, forget, or numb ourselves with food or stimulants. Although those feelings are expressing a need, they represent a great opportunity for growth. We should embrace them, let them resonate and teach us rather than ignore them. In my opinion, it is also vital to take good care of ourselves and engage in some comforting activities to help the mind and body recover.
