Being a woman is just fantastic. But is easy to forget that.
Our modern culture is giving us a lot of advantages in comparison with our mothers and ancestors, however, sometimes it feels so hard to keep going.

Despite the professional career, the achievements, the rights, and every day win, sometimes we feel empty, we judge ourselves really hard, we are giving a lot and asking almost nothing. We're tired.

We are grown-up women, but those girls are still there, our illusions and wishes are alive, maybe hidden but just waiting for a caring a safe space to go out and run free.

In these sessions we will:
1- Remind our dreams and prioritize them in our present.
2- Work on self-empowerment.
3- Rebuild the sisterhood network around you.

In these sessions, we will focus on re-appropriate the power in your life, be comfortable asking for help and emphasize how fantastic are you as perfect women.
